Its polymerized long-chain hydrophobic end minimizes the impact of polar hydroxyl groups, ensuring the hydrophobic end can fully extend into the oil phase at the oil-water interface. This makes it particularly suitable for preparing stable W/O creams and lotions, including the emulsification of traditionally challenging paraffin oils and plant oil triglycerides.
